Our Story
At Redwood Early Childhood Education®, we believe in providing childcare that supports purposeful, accelerated growth for children aged 1-5.
We believe that by age 5, children should already be able to demonstrate the skills, traits and habits necessary to excel in kindergarten.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to assist parents by opening and profitably operating early childhood education centers where their children can develop these skills, traits and habits in a safe, supportive environment, led by exceptional educators using an effective curriculum.
IB Candidate School
Redwood ECE’s Abbotsford location is the only International Baccalaureate (IB) Candidate School in the Fraser Valley that is offering the Primary Years Program for children aged 3-5, as well as a structured curriculum centred on fundamental skill development for children aged 1-3.
Being an IB Candidate school means that children will be challenged to work collaboratively, think globally, and examine big questions like:

Purposeful, Accelerated Growth
At Redwood ECE, we take pride in providing a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn, play. and grow. Our name was inspired by the majestic Redwood trees that are known for their longevity, strength, and resilience.
Just like the Redwood trees, we believe that children have an incredible capacity to learn, adapt, and overcome challenges. We strive to provide an enriching and supportive environment that encourages each child to reach their full potential.
In order to inspire the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of each student, we deliver a proprietary curriculum built upon world-leading academic research, psychological insights, and early childhood educational theory.
